Being careless as he was, it would be no surprise to anyone that Alfred was walked straight on in traffic, eyes glued to his phone, as he was trying to text someone. If it hadn’t been for the voice to suddenly speak up, who knows, he might have gotten hit by the oncoming traffic. 

Stopping dead in his track, Alfred looked up and around at his surroundings, surprised at where he was at. Never before had he been this careless in traffic, really. A bewildered look searched for the source of the voice, finally catching the man’s eyes, the boy smiled.      ❝   Thank you, dude!   ❞
